Welcome to My Journey
- As a designer, I focus on understanding customers motivation and problems and how can the product solve it before designing interfaces and pushing pixels.
- I listen to the people I design solutions for — thru user interview, usability test and quantitative data. I then synthesise their feedback, look for patterns, define the problem, design solutions and test it.
